About the Job

Based in Barcelona or Poland, and working within the HR local team, you will be responsible for providing high quality and timely professional recruitment services to match the needs of our business and finding the right person for the right job at the right time. You will cover the recruitment processes for Iberia, DE&I programs and training.

The main responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment processes for Retail store positions as well as corporate interns and contractors, which encompasses line manager briefings, defining a targeted search strategy, and strategic onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication
• Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business
• Workday user and support : create Requisitions and follow up with the stores. Post the requisition in recruitment channels. Daily Store Support (employee job changes or absences, hiring processes, cleaning data, employee info corrections, ensure SM permits and updated organigramme), ensure accuracy and verified information for WorkDay Audits
• Review the hiring documentation, labour contract ensuring accuracy. Follow the specific hiring process of our main customer
• Closely partner with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead our organization forward.
• Invoicing process
• DE&I and Equality plan in Spain : legal requirement to follow LGD (Law to hire people with disabilities) and work on a plan to ensure with a legally compliance
• Manage the language training program : annual registrations and follow-up with the provider
• Community Day organization
