The Role We're on the hunt for a

Revenue Manager

who's as data-driven as they are creative. Someone who can turn numbers into smart strategies, spot opportunities before anyone else, and help us grow LATROUPE across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing Craft and roll out pricing and distribution strategies that boost revenue. Keep an eye on market trends, demand, and competitor moves – and stay one step ahead. Optimize OTAs and distribution platforms so our properties always shine. Team up with Sales, Marketing & Operations to align strategies and goals. Share insights, reports, and performance updates with the team. Ensure all technological systems are properly configured, validated, and working at full capacity. Always be looking for new ways to increase RevPAR, occupancy, and overall performance.

What We're Looking For Must be resident in Spain or able to relocate to Spain. Previous experience in Revenue Management ( hospitality background = big plus, hostel segment experience = HUGE plus ). RMS experience (experience with

PACE / FLYR highly valued ). Experience with configuration of PMS, RMS, Channel Managers, rate shoppers, etc. Strong IT knowledge for configuration and implementation of technological systems. Data-driven, Excel-savvy, and strategic thinker. Fluent in English (Spanish or another European language is a bonus). Someone proactive, dynamic, and excited to grow with us.
