Productsup is looking for a data-driven, business-savvy Strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in accelerating predictable and scalable revenue growth.

Your role and goals

As our Strategic Revenue Operations Manager , you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to design and operationalize the GTM models, insights, and processes that will power our next stage of growth.

In this high-impact role, your north star will be enabling executional clarity, scalable operations, and data-driven decision-making across the full revenue funnel. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve funnel performance, strengthen forecast discipline, support strategic planning, and drive alignment across teams.

If you're passionate about solving complex revenue challenges, closing the strategy-to-execution gap, and influencing outcomes across the GTM motion — this is your seat at the table.

In your first 3 Months, you will :

  • Understand our GTM ecosystem — develop a working knowledge of our ideal customer profile, value proposition, and full buyer journey
  • Conduct and present a current-state GTM diagnostic — assess motions, KPIs, processes, and tech stack alignment with growth goals
  • Identify and prioritize 3–5 GTM leverage points — uncover opportunities in funnel conversion, handoffs, territory design, pipeline health, etc
  • Establish a foundational GTM operating cadence — stand up reporting rhythm (weekly / monthly), key funnel metrics, and forecast hygiene
  • Build trust with GTM leadership — secure alignment and buy-in across departments for the first 2–3 strategic initiatives

In your first 6 months and beyond you will :

  • Drive execution on 2–3 high-impact GTM initiatives that close the strategy-to-execution gap — examples may include territory refinement, coverage model upgrades, AE capacity alignment, or CS segmentation based on revenue potential and lifecycle stage
  • Operationalize execution discipline across GTM — define clear accountabilities, embed handoff SLAs, and support managers with the tools and metrics to coach for performance and consistency
  • Partner with RevOps to enhance GTM visibility and performance — go beyond forecasting accuracy to deliver insights that drive action : e.g., pipeline health by segment, stage-specific conversion blockers, and engagement gaps across the buyer journey
  • Design a scalable GTM operating model to support $50M+ ARR — including segmentation, role clarity, capacity planning, and cross-functional interlocks between Sales, Marketing, and CS
  • Establish a repeatable GTM planning and execution framework — one that enables predictable quarterly campaign planning, territory optimization, and aligned execution across functions
  • What you bring to the team :

  • 3–5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, or Sales / Marketing Operations — ideally within B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or Consulting environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic transformation across Sales, Marketing, and CS teams
  • Strong proficiency in Excel — including pivot tables, data modeling, and basic automation (e.g., Power Query or simple macros) — to analyze GTM funnel metrics, model territory and capacity scenarios, and produce actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Deep analytical mindset — skilled in translating data into strategic insights and revenue-driving decisions
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, BI (Qlik, Looker, Tableau), or SQL is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
