About The Role
Join a team of blockchain, cryptography, and infrastructure experts building the backbone of wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize CRM data, lead generation workflows, and sales / marketing automation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the air-support system for our commercial teams—ensuring they have clean, structured data to target the right prospects, nurture relationships, and accelerate deals. You’ll manage CRM processes end to end, implement lead scoring and nurturing campaigns, enrich databases, and build automated workflows that give sales and marketing real leverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain all CRM data with precision and consistency
- Build lead scoring, segmentation, and feed campaigns to support sales
- Automate workflows, triggers, and alerts across sales and marketing
- Enrich databases with firmographic, technographic, and intent data
- Design reporting, dashboards, and KPIs in partnership with sales and marketing
- Ensure smooth integrations across CRM, marketing automation, and GTM tools
- Identify data gaps, recommend improvements, and execute fixes
- Train and support teams on CRM best practices and data-driven workflows
