Lead Research and Development Team

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D project leader to lead the development of a delivery system for a medical device.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prototype manufacturing, coordinating bench testing, analyzing results, and preparing documentation for regulatory authorities. This is a key role in our team, requiring strong leadership and technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Engineering, particularly in mechanical, electromechanical, materials, or biomedical fields. They should possess a high level of English and Spanish proficiency, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience working in an R&D department and with CAD systems (Solidworks, Rhinoceros, Ansys) is highly desirable.
