Job Description

The main objective of this position is to lead the development of a medical device delivery system. This involves overseeing the design and manufacturing process, from 2D / 3D prototype creation to product testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical plans for assigned projects, applying company methodology

In collaboration with the department head, define project budgets and resources to achieve objectives

Ensure the feasibility and quality of proposed solutions

Research and develop improvements in product characteristics, quality, and costs

Define purchasing specifications and approve suppliers

Manage industrial engineering processes, especially in mechanical, electromechanical, materials, and biomedical fields

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires : ">

High level of English and Spanish language proficiency

Previous experience working with CAD systems (Solidworks, Rhinoceros) and Ansys software

Industrial engineering degree or similar field

Innovative mindset, high self-esteem, and expectations for professional growth
