We're seeking a Digital Content Specialist to drive impactful customer engagement across our digital channels. While primarily responsible for managing our email marketing activities—building and segmenting email lists, crafting engaging email content, and nurturing leads through automated email communications—this role also involves supporting other content needs to ensure cohesive messaging and a healthy content production rate. A core part of your role will involve expert management of our email marketing campaigns, including developing content, managing audience segmentation, and analyzing campaign performance. Beyond email, you will support content development for social media, blogs, and web, collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams to create compelling content assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities Content Development : Develop and execute content strategies across social media, blogs, and websites to drive engagement. Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to create compelling content assets. Manage content calendars for consistent publishing. Adapt content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Report on content engagement and effectiveness.
Email Campaign Management & Audience Segmentation : Design, build, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns. Manage CRM data for insights, develop segmentation strategies, and automate lead nurturing flows. Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Identify opportunities for personalized content delivery and perform A / B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications At least 3 years of content marketing experience, including social media management.
At least 1 year of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
Minimum of 2 years in a B2B environment, preferably SaaS.
Proven ability to craft compelling content across channels.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and engagement principles.
Experience with marketing automation setup and optimization.
Effective collaboration skills across teams.
Technical Skills Proficiency with major email marketing platforms such as HubSpot or CustomerIO.
Knowledge of HTML / CSS for email templates.
Experience designing lead nurturing flows.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced certification in CRM or Email Service Provider.
Success in A / B testing and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights.
Experience with content creation tools and digital marketing channels like SEO and social media.
