You\'ll join at an exciting inflection point where mobile network operator (MNO) authentication, carrier-grade identity verification, and intelligent risk assessment transform how businesses verify and protect their users. This position offers tremendous growth potential as you help accelerate the development of our verification services while gaining deep expertise in mobile operator identity and authentication technologies.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the roadmap for Vonage\'s Verify services, including Silent Authentication, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email-based OTP, and carrier-based identity APIs
• Analyze market trends in CIAM, mobile operator authentication, SIM-based verification, and carrier identity services to identify new product opportunities
• Work closely with engineering teams to enhance and expand our verification APIs to meet evolving security demands and mobile operator integration requirements
• Support the development of AI-powered identity theft, synthetic account detection, and fraud prevention capabilities
