Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and cross‑country web experiences is the engineering team. We create, develop, improve, and maintain Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience.

About The Role

• Understand our business, our customers, our market, and our product data to delight customers and achieve Fever’s goals.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and more.
• Break down broad opportunities into concrete, measurable actions to achieve objectives.
• Analyze product performance, hypothesize, test, and continuously improve product metrics.
• Develop product features from ideation to release : gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals and requirements, releasing, and tracking performance.
• Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritization, and run sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives with the squad.
• Collaborate in building a vision and strategy for the product.
• Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
