Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join a cutting-edge project in the banking industry. In this dynamic role, you’ll drive the development of innovative digital solutions, bridging business needs with technical execution. You’ll own the product vision, define actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software.
Responsibilities
- Translate the product roadmap into actionable items (features and user stories) and maintain an organized, prioritized backlog for delivery teams.
- Lead backlog refinement activities and prioritize user stories in sprint planning sessions, ensuring they meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as the analysis expert, identifying and addressing dependencies and blockers across user stories.
- Oversee the delivery and release of software plans, ensuring they meet the required degree of test automation and technical quality.
- Partner with Product Directors to ensure alignment between user stories and program features, and foster collaboration with solution architects, DevOps teams, and external stakeholders.
- Drive the development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS solutions (e.g., Drupal, Contentful) and modern frontend frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content, and localization workflows.
- Actively support country implementations, providing expertise through all project stages.
- Leverage AWS services (Fargate, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB) and DevOps workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency in infrastructure design.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and track progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
What do we expect from you?
5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, with a proven track record of working in enterprise or regulated environments, preferably within the banking industry.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in APIs, microservices, and system integrations.Proficiency in working with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Contentful) integrated with modern frontend frameworks.Experience with JIRA for managing user stories and sprint workflows.Solid understanding of decoupled architectures and the challenges of coordinating frontend and backend delivery.Strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Knowledge of Adobe AEM and / or Next.js is a strong plus, though not mandatory. A solid understanding of headless content models is essential.Familiarity with best practices in SEO, content structuring (e.g., JSON-LD, schema.org), and accessibility standards.Previous experience implementing infrastructure solutions leveraging AWS services.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Fluent in EnglishWhat do we offer?
