To lead this transformation, we’re hiring an Operations Manager who will design, implement, and monitor the systems, processes, and data frameworks that allow Nuva to grow efficiently and sustainably.
About the Role
It’s a chance to define how a €600M+ assets company scales its frontline operations, ensuring that sales, support, and other execution teams can work with autonomy — backed by clear processes, KPIs, and tools.
You will sit at the intersection of execution and product / tech, ensuring that every workflow is standardised, documented, adopted, and measured. Your role is about empowerment : giving frontline staff the frameworks and visibility to make better, faster, data-driven decisions without depending on constant managerial input.
As the manager of frontline employees, your mission will be to establish the processes, tools, metrics and targets to empower and manage more efficiently. We are in a scaling phase and our focus is improving input : output ratio of managers accross the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be responsible for frontline execution in terms of leasing, tenant support and general operational performance.
- Define, document, and roll out standardised processes and guidelines across sales, support, and other operational functions.
- Ensure adoption of these processes, embedding them into daily operations.
- Collaborate with Product to define dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs that monitor performance and efficiency.
- Act as the bridge between Product / Tech and frontline execution, ensuring tools are integrated and actively adopted.
- Own the training framework and knowledge base (e.g. Notion playbooks, SOPs, guidelines).
- Directly manage and mentor frontline team leads, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Continuously monitor KPIs and adjust processes to drive scalability, efficiency, and autonomy.

3–6 years of experience in high-growth, operations-heavy companies (e.g. logistics, mobility, last-mile, tech-enabled services).Strong background in process creation and monitoring with a KPI / OKR-driven mindset.Proven people management experience, especially leading and optimising frontline staff.Comfortable with data analytics : defining dashboards, interpreting KPIs, and setting performance standards (you base your decisions on data and not on feelings).Fluent in documenting processes and playbooks.Structured, hands-on, and focused on measurable results. No real estate background required.You'll outstand if you have experience working with Notion particularly and BI platforms.Why Join Nuva?
