Job Description Business Development Representative – B2B SaaS
Barcelona (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in our growth journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup at an early stage, helping to drive sales, engage decision-makers, and open doors to some of the largest companies in the world.
Objective As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing sales pipelines, generating new qualified leads, and engaging with supply chain decision-makers across multiple sectors. You will combine strategic outreach with creativity, developing relationships that support long-term growth.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, as well as the management team, to implement targeted strategies and explore new business opportunities, including channels such as expos and industry events. This is an intermediate-level position designed for someone with prior B2B sales experience who is ready to take the next step in their caree.
Responsibilities Manage existing sales pipelines and identify new opportunities for growth
Engage with supply chain decision-makers through strategic outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile
Support the creation of tailored sales proposals, presentations, and pitches
Contribute to go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
Represent Myneral Labs at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
Provide feedback from the market to inform product and marketing strategy
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales
Fluent in English & Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior decision-makers
Highly motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Other European languages are a plus
Highly proactive and autonomous, comfortable in a fast-changing environment where “there’s still a lot to be built”
