What You'll Do
Trusted Advisor :
Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing
PPC campaigns
Outbound Engagement :
Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
Strategic Campaign Setup :
Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
Growth & Upselling :
Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
Database Management :
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
High-Volume Interaction :
Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
Language Skills : C2 level of Dutch
and C2 level of English.
Experience :
2 years of experience in sales and / or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
Education :
BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
CRM Expertise :
Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
AI Integration :
You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
Communication Skills :
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
