✅ Proven experience managing large, diverse, and multilingual teams
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Advanced Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
✅ Deep understanding of customer experience metrics, tools, and methodologies
✅ Residence in Spain and availability to work on-site in Málaga
