About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Experience Manager to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning experiences to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance across Region Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key partners to gather information on skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with relevant partners to plan and organize learning experience implementation using various methods, including in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, role-playing, and blended learning approaches.
- Plan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new employees in Spain / Portugal region.
- Develop sales and customer experience learning that enables our sales teams to develop skills and expertise needed to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on learning experience impact to inform future improvements.
Requirements
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential.Previous experience in sales training or luxury retail environment is required.Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on compelling storytelling to inspire and motivate others.Agile approach, positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to travel within Region Iberia.The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, and a passion for driving employee development and growth.
