We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Market Development Specialist to lead the international expansion of our industrial power supplies. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to combine solid technical knowledge with strong commercial and strategic orientation.
Responsibilities Define and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and capture clients in international markets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with potential clients and international distributors.
Prepare and process commercial offers and public / private tenders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in defining products and solutions tailored to market needs.
Lead negotiations and close business agreements.
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure the implementation of effective solutions.
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the power electronics converters sector or electronic measurement equipment.
High level of English (negotiation skills required). Other languages will be positively valued.
Experience in negotiations with international stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM, and agile methodologies.
Availability to travel internationally according to business needs (usually 3-4 times / month).
