Overview Job Title : Commercial Growth Manager
As a dynamic and driven professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales functions, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence in training and education across the Iberian market.
Responsibilities Partner with the commercial team to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth in the Iberian market.
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by supporting retailers with effective sales strategies and activations.
Monitor sales data, analyse performance trends, and recommend initiatives to optimize results.
Build and nurture strong relationships with store management.
Collaborate with the brand manager to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Provide feedback from the field to support product development, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
Support new launches through impactful sales and education initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a sales and / or education role, ideally within beauty.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience delivering training programs both in-person and digitally.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive performance.
Fluency in Spanish and English required (written and spoken).
