Senior Product Management Director

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to lead our global payroll product. This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, driving innovation strategy, growth, and revenue.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and market factors, as well as the ability to interface with executive levels at ADP. They will also be able to identify and champion opportunities outside of ADP for acquisition targets, competitive positioning, and other needs.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to deliver great outcomes and customer experience in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will have expert experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, competitive pressures, and applying this knowledge to product strategy and roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define product vision and roadmap based on deep understanding of client needs and market factors
• Lead a team of product managers through the full product lifecycle
• Drive innovation strategy, growth, and revenue
• Influence product and go-to-market strategies
