We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solutions Team in Spain.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation systems and analyzer instrumentation projects in clinical diagnostic laboratories, ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions and products in alignment with customer contracts and guidelines.
Your main mission will be to achieve project milestones, oversee the entire project lifecycle from bid clarification to customer handover, and ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
During sales, you will clarify technician requirements, define timelines, and contribute to budget estimations. During implementation, you will define technical requirements, coordinate site readiness, and validate proposals with hospital infrastructure departments, ensuring customer needs are met from tender to go-live.

Qualifications & Experience :
Technical Diploma or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
4+ years in Project Management or technical roles in healthcare.
Additional Requirements :
Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel (up to 60% nationally and occasionally internationally).
Residency in Barcelona or Madrid.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and rendering tools is a plus.
Experience with in-vitro medical equipment workflows is a plus.
Basic knowledge of AI is a plus.
