Descripción del trabajoCompetitive salary : 21,600 gross / year + up to 2,400 gross / year in bonus Paid training on company products and technologies. Relocation support. Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with fluent English. 1-2 years of experience in technical support roles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Windows / Linux OS. Networking troubleshooting knowledge. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of virtualization (a plus). The Offer
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with technical support issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to installation, configuration, and usage of assigned products.
- Analyze and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and document cases accurately.
- Provide known fixes and workarounds when available.
Escalate unresolved technical problems to the appropriate teams.
ull-time Spanish contract (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
