Responsibilities

• Undertaking RICS valuations for hotel properties by applying methodologies such as DCF, Direct Capitalization, Sales Comparison, or Residual Method across Spain, Portugal and Greece
• Conducting strategic advisory assignments including feasibility studies across Spain, Portugal and Greece
• Critical analysis of data and market research investigations
• Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables
• Undertaking site inspections
• Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities
• Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects
