Join a dynamic professional services team as a LabVantage Master Data Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in configuring and delivering high-quality master data solutions for laboratory systems used across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate customer business processes and requirements into master data specifications for new LIMS implementations.
• Lead workshops with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, standard operating procedures, and system needs.
• Prepare master data mapping, naming conventions, and functional requirement specifications (FRS).
• Collaborate with developers, lead analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Support customers in creating and maintaining master data throughout the LIMS lifecycle.
• Participate in system testing, reviews, and change management processes.
