We are looking for a Trade Marketing (Activación punto de venta) to join our Sales team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.
How you make the difference : This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers.
How your agenda looks like : Business Intelligence : Gather and present in a user-friendly way all the data sharing info available. Extract learnings from the data sharing currently available.
Point of Sales Execution : Monthly summary reporting our brand's in-store performance based on available data gathered at the point of sale by our externalized Sales reps. Provide Sales reps with persuasive selling materials. Become the owner of the full process for point-of-sale materials across all BE brands (only for the Trade Marketing related tasks). Lead the overall development of PoS big events. Control and shipment of the PoS materials needed by the Sell Out team. Assist KAMs on the use of loyalty cards at key customers.
Your team : Integrated within the Sales team, you will report to the Sales Director.
What makes you a great fit : Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.
Work Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in sales and / or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company in Spain.
Technical Skills : High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Overall knowledge of Spanish top retail accounts (Hyper, Super, and C&C channels).
Languages : Proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level required.
