We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing professional to join our sales team in Madrid, Spain.
About the Role :
This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth by leading customer relationships and developing effective point-of-sale strategies.
Main Responsibilities :
Gather and present data insights to inform business decisions.
Extract key learnings from existing data to drive business intelligence.
Develop and execute point-of-sale execution plans to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Provide sales representatives with persuasive selling materials and support their efforts.
Lead the development of PoS big events and ensure seamless execution.
Control and manage the shipment of PoS materials for the Sell Out team.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to optimize loyalty card usage at key customers.
About You :
To succeed in this role, you will need :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and / or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company in Spain.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Thorough knowledge of Spanish top accounts in Retail (Hyper, Super, and C&C channel).
Fluent Spanish and intermediate English language skills.
