Your job

Your job is a part-time on-site role in Barcelona. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who feels comfortable in the international environment of a language school. In this role, you will offer guidance, support, and resources to create a fulfilling and enjoyable experience for our students. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with people, and is committed to fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment.

Your main responsibilities

Student support, serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, offering assistance via chat, phone, email and in-person.

Problem resolution : address and resolve student concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Academic team support.

Office support.

Initiating, processing and managing student reservations.

General administrative tasks.
