We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing AI-focused team within the aviation industry. The role involves working at the intersection of business needs, data science, and AI product development, ensuring that solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product leads, data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead the discovery, design, and validation of AI-powered solutions that address real operational and customer challenges.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle – from ideation to launch, monitoring adoption, performance, and business value.
• Provide feedback loops between business and technical teams to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
• Champion best practices and ethical principles in AI product development.
