Business Analyst - Ai Products

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing AI-focused team within the aviation industry. The role involves working at the intersection of business needs, data science, and AI product development , ensuring that solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product leads, data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog .
• Lead the discovery, design, and validation of AI-powered solutions that address real operational and customer challenges.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria , ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle – from ideation to launch, monitoring adoption, performance, and business value.
• Provide feedback loops between business and technical teams to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
• Champion best practices and ethical principles in AI product development.
