About the role
We are looking for a Specialist in French financial products to join our data validation and enrichment team (Boost). The main mission is to provide expert knowledge on investment vehicles specific to the French market—especially insurance-based products and local wealth structures—ensuring their proper interpretation, operational treatment, and integration into our internal systems.
This role focuses on the technical and operational characteristics of financial products, rather than their financial performance or investment management.
What you’ll do
Here’s what you can expect to work on :
Provide expert knowledge on French-specific financial products, particularly :Contrats d’assurance-vie (mono and multisupport)Contrats de capitalisationPlan d’Épargne en Actions (PEA)Plan d’Épargne Retraite (PER)SCPI / OPCI (real estate investment structures)Fonds euros and other insurance-based investment solutionsReview and validate the operational handling of these products within internal systems, ensuring correct interpretation and classificationAct as a reference point for complex questions regarding the structure, features, or operational behavior of these productsCollaborate with data and tech teams to ensure smooth integration and continuous improvement of product handling processesIdentify operational gaps or inconsistencies and propose effective, scalable solutionsWhat we’d love to see
Minimum 3 years of experience in middle office, back office, or operational roles in private banking, insurance, custodians, or family offices in France (including reconciliation tasks)Deep practical knowledge of French-specific financial products, with hands-on experience in their operational treatmentTechnical and operational mindset : strong understanding of how these products are structured, classified, and processedUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldsLanguage Proficiency : Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish for a bilingual environmentIf you don’t check every box, we’ll support your growth along the way.
