About the Role
Capchase is scaling loan origination volume and has an opportunity to be the largest lender in the space over the next 24 months. To reach this scale, we need a Revenue Operations Lead who can architect and manage the systems, processes, and analytics that power our GTM engine. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role—responsible for enabling our BD, AM, and marketing teams to operate with precision and for giving leadership the insights needed to manage performance.
