Join Fever as a Strategic Projects Analyst . Fever is a technology platform for culture and live entertainment that aims to democratize access to cultural experiences through data-driven solutions. The role focuses on leading the development and execution of strategic plans with Business Development, aligning them with Fever’s goals and client requirements.
This role requires native-level English proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment, engaging with senior stakeholders and managing high-impact projects where clear communication is critical.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation and management of detailed project plans for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic goals and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the Market Research team to conduct market analysis that informs and enhances business development strategies, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Work across Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Development to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and issue resolution.
- Ensure native-level English proficiency in written and spoken communication; ability to operate in a diverse international environment.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of essential project documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and persuasiveness to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to support business initiatives and foster strong collaboration.
- Tailor market strategies to fit specific market needs while ensuring compliance with local market dynamics.
- Lead the company’s large-scale projects, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and delivering within scope, time, and budget.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum one year of experience in project management, audit, or consulting, ideally in technology, entertainment, or events sectors.Strong analytical skills to analyze data and trends for strategic decisions.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong communication abilities with a proven track record in building positive relationships.Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment; interest in developing new skills relevant to Fever.Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software; aptitude for learning new systems.Benefits & Perks
