Strategy Business Analyst

Overview

Sector Alarm España is seeking a Strategy Business Analyst to support growth in Madrid. The role reports to the Group Lead Conversion Director and collaborates with the country Marketing and Sales teams and other group areas (e.g., Defence, Customer Experience).

Responsibilities

• As part of the Lead Conversion team, with a direct line to the Group Director of Lead Conversion, contribute to lead conversion and customer management processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Provide group-level support and collaborate with 8 countries : Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
• Define, analyze, monitor, and summarize progress of initiatives on a day-to-day basis.
• Extract and analyze multi-country large-scale data to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Collect feedback from different stakeholders and integrate into analysis.
• Contribute to problem solving sessions.
• Support end-to-end optimization of Lead conversion (prospects) and Customers processes.
• Develop Customers communications strategy and build communications to be delivered to all countries leveraging our marketing automation tool.
• Track, monitor and coordinate initiative implementation based on roadmap definition.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to boost implementation and maximize impact.
• Understand operational “as is” processes in each country to identify changes needed versus “ideal processes” and drive changes.
• Automate reports and build dashboards to monitor main KPIs and impact as needed.
• Support the Lead Conversion Director in preparing reports and presentations for the Senior Management Team.
