Client Services Officer with German in Madrid

We are currently looking for a German-speaking Client Services Officer to join a growing international team in Madrid. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to clients regarding their health insurance contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery—without any sales or prospecting involved. Main Responsibilities :

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email about their health insurance contracts, coverage, reimbursements, and other related matters.
• Manage subscription activities, cancellations, and premium collections in line with internal policies.
• Process service-related actions such as entering reimbursements, issuing quotes, and managing pre-approvals.
• Maintain and update client records (e.g., contact details, banking information, contract changes).
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and timely information.
• Meet individual and team performance indicators through efficient and quality-focused service.
• No sales or cold calling required—this role is focused entirely on service.
