Senior Executive - Operations

This executive leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and implement operational strategy in line with company goals

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and partners

Drive business growth through strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related Life Science discipline; Master's or PhD preferred

Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceuticals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
