Performance Marketing Analyst (f / m / x)

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (f / m / x) to join our team of marketing experts who use data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. You will work in an in-house environment focused on acquisition marketing and conversion optimization, providing a strong learning curve.

In this role you can grow into a deep specialist in one Paid Online Marketing channel or take on a generalist role across multiple channels. Both paths build substantial knowledge with a direct impact on business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Analyze complex data sets using in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and proactively drive scaling initiatives in collaboration with your team.
• Manage and allocate budgets for your market’s channels, ensuring maximum impact and business growth.
• Proactively generate and implement test ideas to optimize existing channels and expand into new ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, and Video Production—on campaign planning, creative assets, reporting, automation, and optimization.
