As the CRM Analyst you will be providing technical systems assistance for the CRM to help drive business decisions working across multiple teams. Supporting the deployment of business requirements into CRM business solutions. You will have the overall responsibility of the quality of data in CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud). Deliver training to end-users on new and existing CRM processes and functionality.
Responsible for data analysis utilizing analytical skills to find correlation between different types of data and provide insight into the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. It involves initiating CRM activities in order to increase customers’ consumption and build brand loyalty and assisting in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
Also responsible for creating reports for colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer service, to help them make more effective decisions. You will make recommendations on relationship strategies for different customer segments or for individual customers. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a great ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and adapt communication style and approach as necessary.
You will have a positive, enthusiastic 'can do’ attitude and naturally enjoy fact finding, assessing and analyzing data and working out what is at the heart of an issue.
