Overview Global Governance Role
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our global corporate compliance framework.
This position ensures strong alignment between ethics, culture, and operational accountability across the organization, promoting an ethical, compliant, and high-performance culture globally.
You will partner closely with senior leaders, compliance and legal teams, HR, and other key stakeholders globally to define and manage key governance metrics, oversee risk assessments, and ensure digital controls oversight.
The position is based at our global headquarters and reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities Promote leadership behaviors and communications that reinforce ethics, compliance, and accountability throughout the organization.
Align leadership messaging globally to promote a cohesive tone from the top.
Embed ethics into decision-making, performance management, and leadership development processes.
Lead initiatives to assess ethical culture, psychological safety, and trust levels across business units.
Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation pathways for governance bodies, risk owners, and functional leads across the enterprise.
Oversee the global policy framework, ensuring documents are consistent, current, accessible, and aligned with legal, ethical, and business requirements.
Prepare regular governance updates for the Audit and Control Committee of the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements University degree in Law, Compliance, Ethics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in governance, ethics, or compliance, including in global roles.
Deep understanding of governance models, enterprise ethics programs, risk assessment, and organizational culture dynamics.
Experience working with boards, C-suite, and high-level governance bodies.
Familiarity with digital compliance tools and data-based decision making.
