As Sales Manager for Spain & Portugal, you’ll take full ownership of the Iberian market.
Your mission : build and grow the business across the automotive and industrial sectors, balancing strategic development and hands-on account management.
Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with automotive importers, OEM subsidiaries, and industrial clients.
Manage technical and creative projects, from limited-edition programs to design and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the local coordinator to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to increase visibility and sales in the region.
You bring the perfect mix of commercial mindset and technical curiosity a communicator who builds trust and enjoys solving challenges.
5+ years in B2B sales or project management for technical, graphic, or automotive products.
~ Experience with automotive importers, OEMs, or industrial customers.
~ Strong understanding of multi-step project cycles (PPAP experience is a plus).
~ Fluency in Spanish and English (French or Catalan a strong plus).
~ Represent a trusted, quality-driven brand with solid foundations and strong growth potential in Iberia.
