Role Description

We have amazing customers, so we are looking for an amazing customer service representative to join our team on-site in Mijas to ensure a great customer service experience by phone, email and social channels. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, handling after sales and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing customer support channels, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring ongoing communication throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or similar role
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mijas
• Basic IT and customer service platform skills
• Candidates must live in Malaga
