As Head of Banking Partnerships Spain , you will be responsible of :

  • Building strong relationships with key players in Banking / Insurance / Fintech sectors in Spain by participating in key industry events / networking activities
  • Closing deals & long term partnerships with the most interesting players for papernest in term of revenue potential
  • Managing the partners closed : develop revenues, define the roadmap, manage partner marketing initiatives, report results
  • Exploring new distribution channels for our offer and building new customer paths to improve our customer acquisition performance.

Your profile :

  • Work experience : at least 3 years of experience in a key strategic sales position (e.g. strategic partnerships, large account business development) and / or in a strategy consulting firm. A scale-up / operational experience is a plus.
  • Top tier business school
  • Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills and appetence for business development (you're not afraid to talk to the CEOs of Europe's biggest banks / real estate players), you also have strong analytical skills (you're well-versed in Excel models and ideally interested in developing new analytical skills such as SQL)
  • Spanish as mother tongue, fluent in English
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment : proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized.
