Job Description : Enfinity Global is seeking a Communications Trainee to support the Communication & Brand department in implementing internal and external communications strategies across all countries where we operate. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and design skills, high proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with expansive growth strategies. Key Responsibilities : Internal Communication : Create content for internal communication channels (newsletters, flash info, internal social network). Support the organization of internal events, campaigns, and actions to promote employee engagement. Assist in writing, correcting, and revising texts. Produce and edit internal communication videos. Create content for various tech devices (e.g., TV screens, computers, tablets, smartphones) used in the office. Support with the design of Power Point Presentations. Digital Communication : Support design and business communications. Assist in digital communications efforts. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communications, or Journalism (Master's preferred). Language : Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is recommended for the Madrid office. Experience : Previous experience in a Communications department or Communication Consultancies. Skills : Organized and meticulous. Skills in using different graphic design tools. Ability to manage and track multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
