YOUR MISSION

Own the end-to-end incentives strategy and analytics engine for the entire incentives program. You will keep every tracker accurate and complete, mine insights that steer more than €50 M of annual spend, and translate those insights into a clear strategy that helps regional marketing teams move fast and invest profitably.

THE JOURNEY

• Manage and maintain all CLI incentive trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to detect performance trends, diagnose anomalies, and highlight growth opportunities.
• Quantify incremental orders, margin, and ROI for each incentive, then translate findings into clear budget actions.
• Build and refine dashboards in Looker so regional and country marketing managers see real-time performance.
• Collaborate with CRM comms, Growth Data Science, Product, and Pricing to align on objectives and implement solutions.
• Analyse A / B tests and heterogeneous treatment effects to identify sub-segments where incentives truly pay off.
• Stay current on analytics best practices, experimentation design, and marketing science to keep us ahead of the curve.
