Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement data strategies to align with business goals and drive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
• Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.
• Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
• Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to handle high workloads, while demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.

This is a full-time position, 39h per week, with a hybrid working model in Barcelona. It offers a permanent contract and a referral program.
