Operational Specialist

Job Overview This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and processes.

Monitoring job execution, interfaces, applications, and databases to ensure seamless operations.

Executing and supervising end-of-business tasks, deploying artefacts in production and test environments, and maintaining environment stability.

Key responsibilities include resolving service requests within allocated timelines, providing first-line investigation and diagnosis, logging incident / service request details, and producing IT reporting (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in T24 and Linux with at least 5 years' experience in software maintenance and support. Proficiency in shell scripting, troubleshooting, and technical documentation is required.

The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Requirements At least 5 years' experience with T24.

Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.

Knowledge of Transact (T24) and Automic (UC4).

Strong Troubleshooting skills.

Ability to write technical support documentation.

Willingness to work flexible hours / Shifts / weekends when needed.
