Procurement / Commercial Co-Ordinator

At EBRO, we are shaping the future of automotive manufacturing. Our Purchasing team plays a key role in ensuring the supply of components for our vehicles while driving cost optimization and operational efficiency. We are looking for a Junior Buyer who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working within the EBRO Purchasing team, the role involves creation and management of strategic supplier relationships ensuring supply to launch our new vehicles under budget and cost reduction activities to achieve EBRO´s targets.

Your Role :

As a Junior Buyer, you will support the Purchasing team in sourcing and procurement activities for EBRO vehicle models. You’ll help manage supplier relationships, contribute to cost reduction initiatives, and ensure that our production needs are met efficiently. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact the launch of new vehicles.

Key Responsibilities :

Supplier Management, building effective internal and external relationships.

Management of the sourcing & procurement activities relating to EBRO models, including the management of the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for quotation (RFQ). This activity includes quotation analysis and negotiation to support supplier decision making.

Achievement of two demanding targets : ensuring supply and identification and delivery of cost reduction in all areas of the Total Delivered Cost of the vehicle, including commercial and monozokuri.

Maintaining key systems and purchase order changes.

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Production teams to align procurement activities with project goals.

What We’re Looking For :

~ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields.

• ~ Fluent English;

additional languages are a plus.

~1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related roles (internships / projects count).

~ Interest in automotive and dynamic environments is desirable.

~ Experience desired : Previous work in a dynamic situation (startup, newcomer…) where there is some uncertainty and action plans need to be created and followed.

~ Automotive experience is desirable.
