Overview

Procurement Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned procurement expert, you will lead our most complex category areas in directs function. Your team will be at the forefront of innovation, driving delivery and supply chain collaboration.

This strategic position offers the chance to manage a high-volume product portfolio, overseeing both in-house manufacturing supply chains and third-party procurement across multiple European locations.

You will oversee equipment with substantial spend, serving as the delivery mechanism for our core products across diverse industries. This equipment ranges from basic dispensing systems to complex technological solutions incorporating advanced sensors, precision dosing capabilities, and specialized application methods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals driving CAPEX spend, 'make vs. buy' decisions, development of new equipment, transformation of traditional procurement practices, innovation in equipment design, and standardization of global equipment categories.

Qualifications

  • Technical procurement experience, ideally with an engineering background.
  • Ability to manage complex international teams.
  • Experience in CAPEX, engineering procurement, 3PM, or technical indirect categories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen balancing cost optimization with revenue generation.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with exposure to external manufacturing or R&D prototyping.
