• What you will be doing
• As a Santander CIB Graduate in Global Transaction Banking
• you will rotate across some of the teams within the GTB sub-product areas (Cash Management, Export & Agency Finance, Trade & Working Capital).During your rotation in the products, you will perform key tasks to support the execution and development of solutions, including :
• Conduct market and industry research to uncover trends, competitive dynamics, and client opportunities.
• Analyse data to identify high-potential clients, products, and business segments.
• Build sales and proposal materials that help teams pitch ideas and bring products to market.
• Gain hands-on experience in transactional banking, contributing to real operations that support our clients’ day-to-day needs.
