Why the Investment Banking Graduate Programme? In our Country Coverage, Sector and M&A teams, the Investment Banking team builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs and financial goals, and proposes investment banking solutions for clients and their companies.
The chance to make an impact As a Banking graduate, you will work with our Coverage and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. You’ll help answer our clients’ most strategic questions, delivering holistic, structured solutions through mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions or risk management. After several weeks of intensive training, you’ll join one of our industry, product or geographic groups and start working on live deals and business development projects. In small deal teams, you’ll play an important role on a variety of assignments.

Who we're looking for To be considered for this programme, you must be motivated and curious with a degree or expected degree in any area. Language requirements : fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally you will have an interest in business and finance, a good work ethic, and be keen to learn and develop your skill set.

Purpose of the role To participate in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division, gain broad exposure to different clients and transactions, and focus on specialist areas.
Accountabilities Collaborate on live deals and client pitches, advise on a broad range of corporate clients, delivering holistic, structured solutions to achieve client goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Identify opportunities, develop business cases, manage deployment and launch of new products and services for investment banking.
Maintain client relationships and provide service, responding to questions about products and processing transactions.
Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision making in investment banking.
Train and mentor junior colleagues.
