About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Dutch-speaking Sales Development Specialist to join a fast-growing company in the high-tech sector , based on-site in Valencia .
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and sales, eager to build strong business relationships and help drive expansion in the Dutch-speaking market.
You will focus on generating qualified leads, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales team to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential business customers in the Dutch-speaking market
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels
Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments
Understand client needs and explain high-tech solutions and value propositions
Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline activities
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development strategy
Meet KPIs and performance targets
Stay up to date with tech industry trends and product solutions
Requirements
Native / fluent Dutch (C1+)
Fluent English (B2+)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for technology
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with outreach activities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a plus (entry-level profiles also welcome)
