Join a leading Outsourcing / BPO company and work with exciting European brands in the heart of Valencia ! We're seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to connect with customers, close deals, and help deliver creative, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Location : Valencia, Spain (On-site)

Employment Type : Full-time

Languages : Dutch (C1 / C2), English (B2 minimum)

Compensation : Base salary

🎯 Responsibilities :

📞 Engage with private and business clients via phone and email

🧠 Understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions

💼 Follow up on warm leads – no cold calling!

💬 Confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services

📈 Track and achieve sales goals with a target-driven mindset

🧾 Accurately document customer interactions and share insights

❤️ Build long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients

✅ Requirements :

🇳🇱 Native / fluent in Dutch, with solid English communication (B2+)

🎙️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

🔥 Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets

💡 Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems

📚 Previous sales experience is a plus – but not required

🎨 Interest in sales, printing, or creative industries is a bonus

🤝 Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented team player
