Overview Investment Banking Vice President Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced M&A VP to join our fast-paced and growing team in Madrid. As part of a global business, you will have access to over 750 professionals in 24 locations throughout Asia, Europe, and the US.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and at least 6-8 years' experience in investment banking, M&A advisory or private equity. You should have proven experience in executing M&A deals and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English.

You will lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, coordinate deal teams, clients and other stakeholders, and design complex financial models from scratch. Your role will involve supervising junior members of the team, ensuring high-quality work product and maintaining a positive firm culture.

Requirements / Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills to synthesise and interpret data.

A solid understanding of different valuation methodologies (DCF, DDM, multiples, etc.).

Experience in supervising and teaching junior team members.

Knowledge of databases such as MergerMarket, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.
